Privacy notice

Effective September 14, 2026

Hedges & Associates LLC operates PrintQuest as a trade name. We use this website to introduce our products and onsite experiences and respond to inquiries. This notice explains what happens to information you provide through the website.

Information you provide

When you contact us, we receive your name, email address, inquiry topic, message, and an identifier for the website link that opened the form. The identifier helps us understand which service interested you. We use this information to respond and discuss your request. Please provide an adult contact's details and avoid including children's personal information, payment-card details, or sensitive information in your message.

Website and email providers

Vercel hosts the website and processes technical request information to deliver it and help prevent abuse. Cloudflare Turnstile checks browser and network signals, including IP address and browser information, to distinguish people from bots. Resend delivers form notifications to our Google Workspace inbox, where we read and respond to them. These providers process information as part of operating their services, and information may be processed outside your state or country.

Cloudflare also uses security signals to improve Turnstile's bot detection. Its Turnstile privacy notice explains that processing. Further provider information is available from Vercel, Resend, and Google Workspace.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law or legal process, address fraud or security issues, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, as permitted by law.

Analytics and marketing

With your permission, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand visits, pages, referrals, and website performance. We load its analytics script only after you choose Allow analytics. We do not send your contact-form fields or submission identifiers to analytics. Cloudflare describes its service as using no analytics cookies or visitor fingerprinting.

You can decline analytics and still use the contact form. Use Privacy choices in the footer to change or withdraw your choice. We remember your choice in this browser for 180 days and ask again on your next visit after that; if browser storage is unavailable, it applies only to the current page. Withdrawing stops further analytics transmissions but does not undo information already sent.

Contact messages are used to handle inquiries, not to automatically enroll you in a mailing list. Security checks and operational logs are separate from optional analytics. See Cloudflare Web Analytics for provider information.

Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries, manage customer relationships, maintain appropriate business records, protect against abuse, and meet legal obligations or resolve disputes. The retention period depends on the nature of the information, our relationship with you, and applicable requirements. We review retained information and delete or anonymize it when it is no longer needed for these purposes, subject to applicable law.

Security

We use technical safeguards designed to protect information and limit abuse of the contact form. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Questions and requests

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights concerning your personal information. Use our contact form to ask questions or request access, correction, or deletion. We may need to verify your identity and will handle requests within the time and in the manner required by applicable law. Some information may need to be retained where required or permitted by that law.

Include enough information for us to locate your inquiry; please do not send identity documents through the form. A parent or guardian can also contact us about a child's information sent to us.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as our practices or applicable requirements change. We will post the revised notice with an updated effective date and provide any additional notice or obtain consent when required by applicable law.
